On December 22, 2025, Cumberland Holdings acquired Battle Creek Lodges, a 56-unit multifamily property located in Salem, Oregon for $7.25 million ($130,000 per unit).  The property was renamed as Ironstone Apartments.

The Salem metro area, Oregon’s State Capitol and third most populous city, benefits from a stable and diverse economic base that supports strong rental fundamentals and long-term housing demand. Ironstone Apartments is also a short drive from downtown Salem and major employment centers, while remaining within walking distance of nearby retail and everyday neighborhood conveniences
