On January 7, 2025 Cumberland Holdings acquired Lindale, a 64-unit garden-style multifamily property located in Springfield, Oregon for $9.025 million ($141,016 per unit).

 

Built in 1970, Lindale is an eight-building residential community with an on-site leasing office and laundry facilities. The property’s one and two-bedroom units average 736 square feet.

The property is located just minutes from downtown Eugene and within walking distance of Riverbend Medical Center. It is also a short drive to the University of Oregon, one of the state’s largest public research institutions, with more than 25,000 students currently enrolled and 5,600 faculty and staff on its 295-acre campus.
